Our habits play a key role in our day to day life.

Sometimes we are unsure about where to beginning with our habits, where to start, how to keep them consistent.

In this portal you are able to do Mindful exercises, daily tasks, techniques like affirmations and visualisations encouraging you to live in a more self aware and God Conscious way. You are able to access occasional techniques like affirmations to help you with areas like grief and pregnancy.

To establish a new habit you need to first choose from previous reminders which you do everyday or things that happen to you on a daily basis. These habits will act as triggers and reminders to create new habits from this portal.
