Release & Let Go – Maafi Ka Muraqabah

A powerful Islamic Psychology–based workshop designed to help you finally put down the emotional weight you’ve been carrying.

We move through life holding anger, resentment, jealousy, hurt and disappointment — and over time, these emotions harden into baggage that drains the soul. They affect how we think, how we love, how we parent, how we connect, and how we show up in the world. When the heart is heavy, life becomes harder than it needs to be.

This workshop gives you a safe, guided space to release what has been weighing you down and practice forgiveness, emotional unburdening, and inner clarity. Through gentle movement, mindful release practices, art doodling, journaling, affirmations and visualisations, you’ll learn how to let go of stored pain and create space for peace.
