You will get to experience a range of meditations live monthly. Meditation links can be accessed via this platform once you join.
You will be able to join twice a month 9.15pm for 25-30mins on selected Tuesdays.

-Journaling, Visualisation, CBT Techniques, Affirmations and an ending with an Art doodling activity.
-No interaction from yourself needed, just listen in and at the end you can journal your experience.
